Martial artist line up and designs

I decided to visual show the idea I was having with the characters being able to take on different classes. Here they are as the Martial Artist class. Also I wanted to show a height ratio among them.

Monica, Class line up

So here is a line up of the done of the playable characters in the game. Monica is gunner that joins the group at the very beginning. All of here special abilities will evolved a ranged attack.

I was trying to do something that still was dwarf yet not totally dwarf. I have a running gag were everyone in game will assume she is the stereotypical dwarf, (scottish accent, bear drinking) but will be surprised when they find out she is far more sophisticated (french accent mainly).

So it took me awhile to post this final cultist because he was not feeling just right for a bit.  So here is the leader and earth construct father. He worked in the forges at the very bottom of the factory were all the scrap metal and constructs were thrown away. It was until he found an idol of the old elemental god that he started to hear the voices. He has built a cult from the abused and thrown away constructs of the city above and his further plans are unknown.

So Here are some of the villains from the first chapter. They are all constructs (magical robots) that are worshipping old elemental gods and have been given powers for their services.

Deep is a Factory worker construct that was given the power of ice and water.

Vent is a thrown away nanny construct given the power of wind.

Smelt is a forge construct given the power over fire.

The Blog is born

This is the very first entree in the Legends of Mercadia Blog site. This blog devoted to showing work of my own (Mark Chmielewski) for my senior project "Legends of Mercadia".

I will be posting work here soon for teachers and other students to leave comment on.

I also hope to sharing with you more about the story and the world that is Mercadia.
